Refund policy

At Noorsaba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple 7-Day Exchange Policy.

Eligibility for Exchange:
- You must initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

How the Exchange Works:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp [+923001120879] with your Order ID and product pictures/video.
2. Once approved, dispatch the item back to our address via any reliable courier (TCS, Leopards, Trax). Courier charges for sending items back are borne by the customer.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the package, we will dispatch your replacement.

Refund Policy:
- We do not offer cash refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 
- Refunds (if applicable due to stock unavailability) will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit/Voucher within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product.
