How long does delivery take?

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad) take 3 to 4 working days. Other cities and remote areas take 5 to 7 working days. Delivery can take longer during sale events, national holidays or bad weather.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 1120879 with your order ID and photos or a video. After approval, send the item back by courier and we will dispatch your replacement. The courier charges for sending the item back are paid by the customer.

Do you offer cash refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds on Cash on Delivery orders. If a refund applies, for example when an item is out of stock, it is issued by bank transfer or store credit within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

How do I choose my size?
